Naples Charter Airline Policies

Policy 1 - Non-Refundable | Cancellation:
Scheduled air service ticket prices are quoted on a discounted non-refundable ticket unless specifically requesting a refundable ticket at the time of the quote and purchases of that ticket. There will be a charge for the cancellation and refund of no less than 20% of the Total sale price of the ticket as sold or rescheduled. Except Air Taxi/Chartered flights see Policy 3
Policy 2 - Conditions Beyond Our Control:
Naples Charter Airline or its contract aircraft assume no responsibility for delayed or canceled flights due to conditions beyond its control as well as unexpected Mechanical issues, Acts of Regulatory nature by any official of government or Law, Acts of Nature including Weather, Acts of Terrorism or Violence, or conditions that would in Naples Charter Airline's opinion jeopardize the safety or operation of any aircraft, Passenger, Staff, Bystander or Goods within Naples Charter Airline's custody.
Policy 3 - Abandoned Flights:
Should a passenger terminate an Air Taxi/Charter flight within 48 hours of departure or not show up to the specified time and place of departure the flight will be considered abandoned by the passenger and no refund or exchanges will be allotted to the passenger for that flight unless in Naples Charter Airline's opinion and at Naples Charter Airline's election to grant an exception to this rule except Scheduled Air Service Tickets (see Policy 1)
Policy 4 - Termination Of Flight:
Termination of a flight or reschedule of a flight by a passenger five day to the 48-hour cut off period will encumber the passenger an additional fee to be 30% of the original un-discounted sale price of the ticket or a refund of 70% of un-discounted ticket price except Scheduled Air Service tickets (see Policy 1)
Policy 5 - Under The Influence:
Passengers will not be granted access to or to board an aircraft: if the passenger appears to the Staff to be intoxicated or under the influence of Alcohol, drugs or any controlled substance that is not under the orders of a medical Doctor. (Proof may be required of an MD’s orders) This construes a termination of flight by the passenger and shall be treated by staff as such, in addition Staff will call a local Law enforcement official as this is a violation of federal and State law.
Policy 6 - Interfere With Equipment:
Passengers shall at no time attempt to operate or interfere with staff or any flight control or equipment unless directed to do so by the staff and shall do only as directed. Interference with a Flight Crew member or Aircraft equipment is a federal offence.
Policy 7 - Medical Conditions:
Passengers with medical conditions or limitations shall disclose this information at time of purchase of tickets; failure to do so may void boarding privileges and cause a last-minute termination of flight by the passenger.
Policy 8 - Right To Refuse:
Naples Charter Airline reserves the right to refuse to serve anyone at any time at any place and may discontinue a flight at any point Naples Charter Airline deems necessary without passenger compensation.
Policy 9 - Last Minute Sales:
Last minute sale of tickets (less than 120 hours) to the time of departure all sales are final and non-refundable. except Scheduled air service tickets Then 48 hours will apply.
Policy 10 - Reservation By Credit Card:
All Tickets/boarding pass/aircraft charters will be reserved by Credit card, Pre-approved Check, or Cash at time of booking. NO Exceptions.
Policy 11 - Bag & Package Sizes:
Bag or Package Size and Weight Limitations for Scheduled Flights. Â One bag/package/article of no more than 40 lbs US of no larger than 12 inches x 18 inches x 24 inches US measurements per ticket will be included in the price of the ticket. Any bag/package/article that exceeds this will be subject to the following per piece charges and is subject to space available on any flight or may be sent by ground courier a) Overweight charge $30.00 b) Oversize one dimension $15.00 c) Oversize two dimensions $30.00 d) Oversize and overweight $30.00 e) Oversize by two dimensions and overweight $45.00 f) Each extra bag/package/article $45.00
Policy 12 - Reserve The Right To Amend:
These rules, policies and procedures may be amended or changed at any time without prior notice and will be published on the company web sight at the first available opportunity after any change.

Definitions of Our Services

What is the FAA:
Federal Aviation Administration, its employees, or agents empowered by the federal government.
Passenger of Flight:
The Buyer, holder of, or user of an Naples Charter Airline Ticket or boarding pass is the user and, in this document, shall be referred to as the passenger and in such all privileges considerations or allowances apply to that passenger and no one else.
Naples Charter Airline Staff:
Employees or direct Agents of Naples Charter Airline. Does not include independent sales agents, Travel Agencies, Travel Clubs, or other parties whom may be or may not be allowed by law to sell/give or by any other means transfer Tickets to a passenger.
Scheduled Flight:
A flight that the Time and place of Departure is published in advance and individual seats sold to anyone in the general public. Naples Charter Airline reserves right operate any aircraft for any flight or to substitute any aircraft at any time for any reason with another aircraft to performs the same task as the original aircraft so long as there is seating for all current ticket holders aboard the substitute aircraft.
Cargo / Special Cargo
Anything that is not a living human (passenger) placed on/or intended to be placed on an aircraft except Flight crew and required handlers of special cargo. Special Cargo: Cargo which by its nature has to be continually attended/ monitored or handled in a specialized way or procedure to ensure safe passage and transport, These Items may include Hazardous material, Live Animals or items of high security risk but are not limited to three categories.
Dangerous Goods:
Anything that by law is defined as Hazardous material, passengers may carry small amounts of personal toiletries (under 6 oz.) that may otherwise be considered hazards in their luggage, but they must be disclosed before presenting for carriage to Naples Charter Airline. Failure to do so may void privileges to fly on Naples Charter Airline aircraft and is contrary to federal law.
What are the FAR:
Federal Aviation Rules, rules set forth by the FAA for the Safe league operation of aircraft and air commence.
Ticket / Boarding Pass:
The instrument of proof of certain privileges to ride or enter Naples Charter Airline aircraft on a Specific time and place as per agreed upon by Naples Charter Airline.
What is a Flight:
Purchase of a Ticket on an Naples Charter Airline aircraft or contract aircraft and agreeing upon the time and place specified by Naples Charter Airline at time of purchase of Ticket by the passenger.
Special Air Taxi / Charter:
Whenever a customer perches all available seats on an Naples Charter Airline aircraft or contract aircraft for his/her exclusive use.
Air Ambulance:
An Aircraft specifically set up and certified for transfer by air persons un-able to fly on a normally configured and normally equipped passenger aircraft due to the nature of the medical condition of that passenger.
Credit Card and/or Refund:
Credit Card: A means of securing payment of or holding a ticket for future payment of a flight before the boarding of a or commencement of a flight. Refund: Returning of funds placed on a flight with in Naples Charter Airline's rules of termination of a flight.
