In the event of default and/or non-payment by the buyer, the entire amount is due and payable. All attorney’s fees, litigation costs and /or collection fees will be added to the amount due. Naples Charter Airline reserves the right to amend or change said terms, conditions, or rate upon thirty (30) days of notice in writing and in the event of such change, the buyer shall have the right to terminate this contract, without penalty upon the date said adjusted becomes effective. All termination of flight terms still apply. The buyer shall upon signing this contract, hereby agree to all the terms and conditions as set forth above.
